We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, pricing, or offerings at any time without prior notice.

All coaching services provided are non-therapeutic, non-medical, and non-financial in nature.

You understand and agree that:

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
• No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
• Coaching does not replace professional services such as licensed therapy, medical treatment, legal counsel, or financial planning.

By purchasing a coaching session, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your well-being and outcomes.

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept payment via secure third-party payment processors.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

Due to the nature of coaching services—including time reservation, preparation, and delivery—all coaching purchases are final.

• No refunds will be issued once a coaching session is purchased.
• Missed or unattended sessions are considered rendered unless otherwise rescheduled at our discretion.

All sales of the Elevate Book are final.

• No refunds or exchanges are provided for digital downloads.
• Physical book orders are non-refundable once shipped.

We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you need to reschedule a Clarity Coaching conversation:

• Requests must be made      at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
• One reschedule may be      granted at our discretion.
• No-shows or late      cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.

While all sales are final, we are committed to integrity and client satisfaction.

If you experience a genuine concern or issue:
